At Pure Offices, sustainability is more than a tick box exercise – it’s part of how we design, manage, and grow our buildings. We believe that workplaces should support both people and the planet, which is why we’ve invested in meaningful initiatives across our portfolio.
Energy Efficient Buildings
Because we own and manage all our buildings, we can reinvest directly into them. Over 70% of our centres already have EPC ratings of B or above, with further upgrades planned as part of our Net Zero journey. We’ve rolled out LED lighting across all sites and added solar panels to several centres – we’re always working to reduce energy consumption. Check out the stats here.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Most of our locations now feature EV charging points, with more being installed each year. This supports the growing number of occupiers and visitors choosing low emission vehicles and helps reduce the carbon footprint of daily commutes.
Community Led Green Initiatives
Sustainability isn’t just about buildings, it’s about habits too. Our centres run Green Days that bring in activities and expert speakers to share practical advice on cutting carbon, tackling greenwashing and sustainability certifications. These sessions encourage occupiers to make small, everyday changes that add up to a real difference.
Responsible Refurbishments
When we refurbish our communal areas and offices, we design them with longevity in mind. Durable materials, energy efficient layouts, and recycling points are all part of our approach. This year alone, we refurbished 4 centres, each time improving sustainability performance as well as customer experience.
