Since 2007, we've been creating workplaces that help businesses of all sizes do their best work, whether they're a growing start up, an established SME or a national organisation.
By owning and investing in our buildings, we're able to provide high quality office space that combines flexibility, professional environments and a welcoming business community. Every location is designed with people in mind, from light filled workspaces and comfortable breakout areas to sustainable initiatives that help reduce environmental impact.
Our goal is simple: to make office space easy. With supportive on-site teams, straightforward agreements and workplaces designed for modern businesses, we give our customers the space and confidence to focus on what matters most, running and growing their business.
From 2007 to now.
We created Pure Offices in 2007, and began construction of our first centre in Swindon.
In 2008 we opened our first Pure Offices centre in Swindon, offering a brand new and flexible office solution to businesses.
By 2010 our portfolio of Pure Offices centres had grown to 6 centres, at Swindon, Leamington, Wewlyn, Farnborough, Gloucester and Portishead, through the development of new centres and acquisition of existing ones.
By 2015 we added ten more Pure Offices centres to our portfolio, including Nottingham, Leeds Thorpe Park, Oldbury, Oxford, Weston, Warwick, Cheltenham, Edinburgh and Aylesbury.
Pure Offices currently have 23 locations with plans to grow the portfolio, as investment opportunities arise. In the meantime our focus continues to be on providing quality and sustainable offices with a great customer experience.

Nick is responsible for the strategic management and operation of the business and has over 20 years’ experience in the UK commercial workspace sector. Nick is a Chartered Surveyor.
Managing Director
Richard is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience and, as well as overall strategy for the business, is also responsible for sourcing, negotiating and acquiring new centres for the portfolio.
Managing Director
Alan is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience and heads the Finance function. Alan is responsible for all areas of financial reporting, cash management and taxation for the group.
Finance Director
Katie is a Chartered Surveyor with experience in asset management. She is responsible for overseeing all operational and sales matters as well as the design and launch of new centres.

We like to keep things simple – that's why our contracts are short and sweet. As soon as you’ve signed and paid, we’ll hand over the keys!
