The refurbishment programme commenced early in September and is now well under way. Most of the partitions are in place which allows us to visualize better the office layouts and in fact we have already carried out several viewings for potential clients trying to become our first occupant!
Unbelievably, the contractors have used over 1.2km of partitioning, so you can imagine how much cabling has been used! All the cables have in fact now been laid and in some cases, offices have been plastered and now ready to paint.
The Centre is scheduled to officially open early in December and boasts over 90 various sized offices ranging from 89 to 977 sq. feet. Each floor includes break out areas for clients to either relax or hold meetings. The Centre also offers business lounges, phone booths and outside amenities.
The second floor particularly offers fantastic views over the park and the nearby lakes are home to both Canada geese and swans. Be warned, these birds take priority even on the roads when you approach the Centre!
