We are very excited to share our plans for our latest acquisition at Edinburgh Park. The refurbishment has officially commenced and in June 2020, we will open our doors to businesses in Edinburgh.
The business centre will provide a wide range of offices to rent in Edinburgh – ranging in size from 1 person through to 100, it will also have 3 fantastic business lounges and meeting rooms. Our offices are available on a monthly rolling contract as standard and prices will include ultra-fast broadband, 24/7 access and parking. Below is a sneak-a-peak of what we have planned.

Edinburgh Park has various amenities including a café, hotel, restaurant and gym and the Gyle shopping centre is a short walk.

With offices to rent from 1-100 people available on a monthly contract with utilities and gigabit capable broadband included – you can grow within the building and provide a high standard workplace for your business. Our on-site teams are there to take care of the building, help you make the most of your office and answer any questions you might have.
Edinburgh Park lies adjacent to the Edinburgh City bypass, with the M8 motorway easily accessible. The centre is on the tram line which provides exceptional links into Edinburgh City Centre and the airport.
