Pure Offices Port Solent opened its doors 18 months ago after a full building refurbishment. The centre currently contains 59 serviced offices, meeting rooms, kitchens and a modern breakout business lounge which are spread across the ground and first floors.
The centre has been exceptionally well received and due to successfully letting many of the offices, we are expanding!
We are creating an additional 17 executive suites on our second floor which will range in size from 160sqft to 750sqft. These offices will offer a variety of internal offices and inter-leading doors between offices, allowing for expansion. All internal offices are glass fronted allowing ample flow of natural light. The kitchen area, which services the second-floor offices will be finished to an exceptionally high standard.
As with all offices at Pure Offices Port Solent, the second-floor offices will benefit from air-conditioned heating and cooling, opening windows, ample data and power points and onsite parking.
The second-floor offices are expected to be completed towards the end of November 2018.
