Another company celebrating growth at Pure Gloucester recently, has been WE Care and Repair having upsized from an office to a workshop.
WECR is a non-profit making home improvement agency who had a small office based within Pure Offices.
We were successful with a bid to do the Gloucestershire minor adaptations works, a contract running for 5 years. We work alongside Gloucestershire Council to provide people who qualify for their minor adaptation service. In order to facilitate this efficiently we needed to increase our office space and include workshop space for our handyperson service. The workshop needed to have sufficient storage for equipment.
As part of the contract we fit grab rails, drop down rails, ramping systems, reinstate banisters and mopstick handrails as well as other minor adaptations. Ultimately we provide and install equipment to support safe and independent living skills.
