Soap Communications Ltd was launched in 2007, combining the talents of graphic designer Christy Walters and consultant Rebecca Hacker. The directors and co-owners of Soap Communications both have vast experience across the design and marketing industry, having worked on blue chips magazine titles and high street retail and financial services accounts. They now operate across a broad range of industries including Defence & Security, Property Management, Care Homes, and Health & Home Care Services in both B2B and B2C environments.
Soap is a full service graphic design and marketing agency. From brand creation, development and implementation to business re-positioning, print management and photography and business development consultancy services, Soap delivers fully integrated design and marketing solutions to a nationwide client list.
The business, based in Kestrel Court serviced offices in Portishead, has seen the value of its client base double in the past year, despite the economy suffering the worst recession in many years - an admirable testament to the hard work and commitment of the directors and their wider team at Soap. And with three out of four ‘pitch wins’ in the last two years alone (against some pretty formidable creative agencies), and more pitches lined up, Soap is looking to continue its successes and add a further two members to the team over the coming months.
Soap moved into Kestrel Court in 2008, starting off in a small office in the main business centre building. The business quickly outgrew its office space and moved to a four man serviced office. Expansion forced yet another move - Soap now occupies a 514 square foot office. “This kind of flexibility was an attractive proposition for us - Kestrel Court provided the perfect environment for a growing business like ours,” says Rebecca.
