Healthy growth at RHSS in Croydon

Davis House in Croydon is home to RHSS Ltd, a growing Health and Safety Consultancy whose services are as comprehensive as they come.
Having run a consultancy for seven years, Directors Rob Anderson and Jack Rumbol bought out a year ago to avoid being limited to one insurance broker. They set up RHSS Ltd and haven’t looked back. ‘We didn’t want to have our hands tied,’ says Rob. ‘Now we’re dealing with seven or eight different brokers.’
RHSS moved into Davis House’s serviced offices last month, having put up with sub-par office space for a while. ‘We just got fed up of wonky floors, internet failures and power cuts,’ Rob explains. ‘I’m very familiar with serviced offices, and I was impressed by Davis House. Prices are reasonable, the facilities are outstanding, and the meeting rooms are ideal for our training workshops.’
The consultancy has gained some impressive clients. RHSS advises on health and safety issues and Construction Design Management for Grimshaw Architects, who won (among numerous other awards) World Architect of the Year in 2009. Bauder, a market leader in technologically advanced roofing, also benefits from RHSS’s five-star services. Qatar Islamic Bank are on the list too, consulting RHSS on office space issues. From demolition contractors to ISPs, this consultancy handles them all.
And that’s not all - Rob and Jack have big plans for development, which they’re already putting into action. They’ll soon be opening a brand new training arm of the business, offering training on anything from first aid to health and safety for directors and managers. And even though they’re already fire specialists, they plan on setting up a separate company specialising in fire risk assessment and fire safety.
