Five star staff at Pure Offices Leamington

Pure Offices Leamington Spa is home to Beautiful Minds Promotions, a growing staffing agency that provides highly-trained staff for events all over the UK.
The business, which provides promotional models, events staff and exhibition staff, moved into Pure’s serviced offices in Leamington last Christmas. Events Staffing Director Lisa Simpson explains that Beautiful Minds started off in her home, but it quickly grew too big to stay there. Office space was urgently required.
“We needed something affordable and flexible where we wouldn’t be locked into a long-term lease,” Lisa says. “We loved Pure’s serviced offices - the manager was superb and the price was incredible. There’s a great atmosphere with the other businesses on our floor here too.”
Beautiful Minds provides staff for a huge range of clients and events - from roadshows and sampling campaigns for brands like Pepsi and Gü, to PR stunts like the world’s largest sofa, to front of house solutions for exhibition experts like Clarion. Sports hospitality is an important area for Beautiful Minds too - Lisa and her team provide everyone from hostesses to ticket staff for several big sporting venues. “We offer just about everything you can imagine events-wise,” she says.
Particularly impressive contracts include NHS Warwickshire’s Chlamydia Awareness Campaign and Vision Express’s Eyeball campaign, which saw hundreds of people with eyeballs for heads popping up all over the country.
Beautiful Minds has seen steady growth since Lisa set up the company in her home, first taking on extra staff and then moving into Pure’s serviced offices. Now the staffing agency operates nationally with over 1000 people on the books at any time. Sales and turnover are increasing quickly and Lisa is very optimistic about the future.
