Pure Offices Kestrel Court provides serviced office space for Fresh Today, an impressive catering outfit. The corporate, personal and private catering specialists moved into Kestrel Court business centre in Portishead in 2008, having been head-hunted by the serviced offices’ management, who were keen to have a high-quality caterer in the building.
Managing Director Campbell Grant started the successful catering business in his home. Initially a much smaller operation, Campbell catered for private events and parties, and gained business through friends and word-of-mouth. Before long Fresh Today took off, and Campbell’s home just wasn’t big enough to house the thriving catering company. He moved into serviced offices in Kestrel Court and has continued to expand ever since.
Fresh Today really is a cut above the rest. First of all, there’s the produce. The culinary company never buys processed meat, catering cuts or sandwich mixes. They only use fresh grade A chicken breasts, roasted every day on-site, top quality gammon joints for the most flavoursome roasted hams, and topsides of beef for perfect wafer-thin rare roast beef sandwiches. Fresh Today’s cheeses are produced by a local family business, the eggs are all free range, and the bread is all home-baked on the premises. Fresh Today isn’t just a name, it defines the entire business.

Unsurprisingly Campbell’s business has attracted some rather prestigious clients.
