New lettings agency sets the bar high

Pure Offices Swindon is pleased to have been Amanda Jones Lettings & Management’s address from day one. The letting agent moved into the business centre and got going only four months ago, and has seen steady growth since then.
Proprietor Amanda has high hopes for the new property management business, and with good reason. A lot has been achieved since she started the company back in March.
A former employee of Andrews Lettings and Management, Amanda has taken on significant responsibility in the wake of the closure of their Swindon office. The start-up has become the sole agency for the letting of Andrews Property Services’ Swindon portfolio, an impressive achievement for such a young company and indicative of Amanda’s competence and expertise in lettings.
Amanda Jones also has plans to partner up with another local agent. Talks are underway to create a referral scheme with a Swindon agent that currently only deals with sales. Up until now Amanda Jones has focused on lettings, so this could be an ideal match and a way for both agencies to increase their market share.
Amanda says tenants and landlords alike have been impressed by the serviced office space her agency occupies at Kembrey Park. ‘I liked the Pure business centre when I first visited, and the offices were affordable. It’s also right next to my gym!’
With things going the way they are Amanda plans to move into a larger office space as soon as possible, having taken on another team member last month. Pure Offices looks forward to the expansion.
