Pure Offices are creating more new offices at Gloucester and Portishead to meet demand for smaller offices from starter and growing businesses. "When we purchased the properties in January, we felt there was too much emphasis on larger office spaces, and we are now addressing this by creating smaller office suites out of some of the larger offices" said Nick Smith, MD of Pure Offices. At the same time we are upgrading the reception areas to make them more appealing and investing in enhanced break out areas in the buildings to give better accommodation for informal meetings for our occupiers.
