Pure Offices buys Kestrel Court

Pure Offices exchanged contracts on Christmas Eve to purchase the freeholds of two major business centres at Portishead, Bristol and Quedgeley, Gloucester. The centres, which combine offices and studio workshops in courtyard settings add significantly to the current Pure offer.
Pure also took over the management of two serviced offices at Croydon and Birmingham on behalf of its investor, Highcross, before Christmas, and these will also be integrated into the group.
Nick Smith, Pure MD commented that the acquisitions help Pure speed up its growth program into 2010, when it also expects to start new developments in Kidderminster, Oldbury and Weston Super Mare.
