"Future development and growth in Warwick district - threats or opportunities?"
Bill Hunt, Deputy Chief Executive, Warwick District Council, will examine the district's strategic aims for the future with reference to the Regional Spatial Strategy and Core Strategy. The presentation will also discuss the Leamington Station Area site, Spencer Yard cultural quarter development and other enterprise projects.
There will also be a chance to have a tour of the new facilities at Pure Office's latest development in Leamington Spa. Centre Manager Roger Thomas will be on hand to give the guided tour.
