Pure Leamington Spa Nears Completion

Pure Offices new serviced offices at Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa, will open at the beginning of October 2009 as planned , following a 10 month build by local contractors AC Lloyd.
Nick Smith, Managing Director of Pure Offices, is delighted with the progress and quality of the build. He said " Our design team has worked really hard to create the ideal environment for small and medium sized businesses, and our building contractor has not only delivered a high quality finish, but also contributed some innovative solutions, including reducing the quantity of steel in the building, which has both helped contain costs, but also is genuinely sustainable. Our future occupiers can expect a well finished building with all the critical features they require for a trouble free and comfortable working environment.
