Planning consent was granted for a new Pure Office at Finepoint, Kidderminster, on 9th December.We aim to start building in 2009.
We're about to install our first Air Source Heat Pump. This clever piece of equipment, resembling a Tardis, actually converts 1kw of electricity into 3kw of energy, taking the heat from the outside air, and using this energy to heat the water in the radiators that heat the building. Renewable and sustainable.
We have just started work at Leamington. This chap always seems to get in the picture...The builders will finish in early October 2009.
The building's progress is good. The building looks complete but in reality is just a shell. However, pleased with the look, which is sharp and modern, and should appeal to small businesses. The internal fit out is starting to come together, which gives a good idea of how the offices will look when they are completed.
