You can configure your own network using the switch we provide, and request your own IP address (at extra cost) and our IT support team will help with installation over the phone, with up to an hour's free support in the first month.
If you need more IT support, then our team are only a freephone call away and will assist you for a small charge, added to your monthly invoice.
