Building service charge

This cost is included in your licence fee. It includes building insurance, water rates, maintenance and repair of the building and site (excluding inside your office), building management, refuse collection, security and CCTV, and cleaning of common parts. At Portishead and Gloucester, the main office building air conditioning/ heating and the electricity you use IS included in the Licence Fee.
