High speed connection

Pure Offices is connected to the web via a dedicated leased line, which ensures we have a guaranteed level of service and connectivity (SLA), and that if anything does go wrong (it inevitably will at some point) it is put right quickly with minimum disruption.
Each licensee's connection is separated within the Pure Office infrastructure ensuring security and integrity.
There is no compulsion to subscribe to our broadband, although because we offer an integrated Comms Package, if you need phones they come with broadband included, and vice-versa. However, licensees cannot use our infrastructure to connect to the web via BT or any other wired operator. We insist on this to ensure the integrity of our infrastructure. The new centre at Gloucester has a leased line which is currently being upgraded, and we are installing a leased line at Portishead to improve our clients internet connectivity.
