Pay your deposit

We'll hold your chosen unit(s) for up to 2 weeks on payment of £200, which is credited against your license fee when you move in, but not refundable if you don't. You pay a deposit for each unit you take equivalent to 1 1/2 month's licence fee. This can be paid by credit or debit card, or by cheque, but the latter has to clear before you can move in. We keep the deposit low because we aim to make the offices as accessible as possible. In return we expect our customers to pay their invoices on time. Payment terms are set out in the licence agreement. At the same time you choose the level of broadband you want and the number of phones and telephone number(s) (neither of which are compulsory - see Telephones / Web section for more details).
