Electricity

Each office has its own electricity meter and power distribution/fuse board. This means you just pay for the power you use, and ensures security of supply.
It also helps the building minimise its overall power consumption, and be more sustainable. At Portishead and Gloucester, the workshops and studios are metered, but the offices are not, and electricity used in them is included in the Licence Fee.
