We have tried to demystify the business - our customers want good quality business space at a known affordable price and don't want any nasty surprises - "service charge" items they have no control over for example - so all those unknowns are included in our monthly licence fee.

We have designed our building inside out - creating a range of offices to suit different sized businesses, then wrapping our building around the spaces. When you look round and compare us to a typical standard office building that's been divided up for small office use, you'll see what we mean, and the difference our approach makes.
Sustainable - an overused word that means different things to different people. We don't claim our buildings are perfect, but we have tried to make them as sustainable as possible, starting at the design and construction phase.
Our buildings are all new which is a good start. They incorporate the latest thinking in insulation, glazing, and mechanical services, so making them as comfortable as possible to occupy, whilst being economical to operate. Pure buildings are not air-conditioned. Our sustainable solution uses fresh air, window blinds and excellent insulation to keep you cool. Not only does this save money on construction, we think it makes for a more pleasant working environment.
We've designed our windows to open wide, added contemporary perforated blinds to each office for shading, and Pilkington solar control glass, which reflects the suns heat.All this will give our buildings a "B" energy rating, which most observers feel is about as good as you can get without going completely over the top.
