PURE's third centre at Finepoint, Kidderminster is on target for a start on site in January. Planning consent has been applied for and we hope to receive it shortly. Contracts were recently exchanged for PURE's second centre at Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa. Planning consent has been received and construction starts November 24th. Building is progressing well at PURE's Swindon centre, which is now fully clad, has windows, and is being fitted out. It will open April 2009. PURE is focusing on making its buildings as sustainable as possible with an excellent "B" Energy Performance Certificate Rating, achieved by using renewable technology. PURE OFFICES has a long term funding agreement with Highcross which is also providing some of the initial development sites. Highcross is a Property Fund Manager, specialising in property investment and development opportunities throughout the UK.
